Aurora grew up in a small desert town of 1,000 people, and the outdoors always felt like home. Catching scorpions, walking through puddles and gazing at the sky writing poems were among her favorite memories as a child. Aurora now enjoys designing graphics, writing, photography, creating videos and sharing how she sees the world with others.

With deep indigenous roots from Mexico and Spain, the legacy of her ancestors is not lost on Aurora. She enjoys learning alongside her children how to better care for the earth and honor our land, living intentionally. She is currently in hunter education courses to obtain her California Hunting License.

Aurora lives with her husband and two brilliant daughters. They spent one year living simply in a travel trailer. She highly recommends this experience to anyone looking for a new adventure!
