Danielle Henke

Assistant/Substitute Instructor

Danielle Henke has lived in Southern California her entire life, and grew up taking trips with her family to explore the outdoors. Some of her fondest childhood memories are of days spent boogie boarding on beaches, hiking up in Big Bear, camping at Lake Cachuma, and boating on the Colorado River. She loves hiking, gardening, practicing yoga, drawing, art exhibits, taking road trips, and visiting National Parks.

While taking courses in early childhood education, Danielle learned the concepts of nature preschools/forest kindergartens and became fascinated with the education style. She was thrilled to find Earthroots and be brought into the community of fellow nature lovers.
