Originally from the SF bay area, Elizabeth currently lives in Trabuco Canyon, where she and her family (she’s the proud mom of a little boy!) love to spend time outdoors, learning new things, exploring new places and living a sustainable lifestyle. She enjoys gardening and growing her own fruits and vegetables, cooking, baking, thrifting and spending time with friends and family. She loves animals, and has two adopted dogs. Elizabeth’s background is primarily in event management, and she managed a music education studio for 3 years. She really values how Earthroots is able to provide unique experiences to our “Littles” who are exploring the outdoors and everything it has to offer.
